ColorSpot 250 'Advanced Technology' is the ColorSpot range luminaire for applications requiring smaller and more discreet lights. The ColorSpot 250 AT is aimed at TV studios, small to medium sized clubs and various other types of installation including retail. Although small and light, Robe’s high-efficiency optics, which are all designed and manufactured in house, ensure the fixture is exceptionally bright for its size.
The ColorSpot 250’s streamlined new shell design follows the same attractive aesthetics and style as the larger ColorSpot 1200 AT. ColorSpot 250 is packed with features, including a new rotating gobo wheel with 7 replaceable "SLOT & LOCK" dichroic glass gobos and open, and a new colour wheel hosting 10 replaceable "SLOT & LOCK" colours plus open. The 3 facet rotating prism is now also replaceable – for full flexibility.
Completely new software enables very smooth rotations of both gobos and prisms, and either 8 or 16-bit resolution can be used for gobo and prism indexing, colour precision, focusing and dimmer functions. The improved cooling system ensures better operating conditions for lamp and simultaneously reduces noise.

The Robe Group and all its businesses will be at the 2025 Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) expo in Barcelona next week, on Booth P100 in Hall 6 (Lighting & Staging).
The second series of The Masked Singer SA was one of the most successful music TV shows of 2024, broadcast on SABC, and featuring an outstanding production lighting design created by two of the country’s most talented LDs, Ryan Lombard and Joshua Cutts, based around the core components of 150 Robe moving lights.
After 21 “brilliant” years working with Czech lighting and LED manufacturer Robe s.r.o., outgoing Global Sales Director Ingo Dombrowski will step away from the business and retire from active duties at the end of 2025!
